Provincial PHONE Survey

Alberta Education annually conducts TELEPHONE satisfaction surveys (random samples) of the Alberta public, teachers, school board trustees, superintendents, senior high school students, parents of ECS-Grade 12 students and parents of children with severe special needs. A summary of the results of the 2008-09 Public Satisfaction Surveys is available at: http://www.education.alberta.ca/media/1130121/summaryreport2009.pdf.
The surveys also include measures resulting from the work of the Review Committee on Outcomes. This report is available at: http://www.education.alberta.ca/media/1130589/reviewcommitteeonoutcomessurveyresults2009.pdf.
The 2009-2010 Public Satisfaction Surveys will be administered from January 20 to February 28, 2010. All responses are confidential and only aggregated data will be reported.
